These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RepeatPost (the "Service") provided by HQ INFOSYSTEM ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, visiting our website, creating an account, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms or policies we may provide from time to time.

2. Who Can Use the Service

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You represent that you are of legal age to use the Service in your jurisdiction (for example, at least 18 years old), or that you have obtained appropriate consent where required.

If you access the Service on behalf of an organization (for example, a business or team), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. The Service

RepeatPost is an AI-powered social media management platform that may include features such as:

  • Scheduling and publishing posts across 16+ connected platforms
  • AI-powered content creation, caption generation, and hashtag suggestions
  • Content planning, calendar management, and editing tools
  • Analytics and performance reporting
  • Team workspaces, role-based access, and approval workflows
  • Social inbox for managing comments, DMs, and mentions
  • 100+ free social media tools
  • Integrations with third-party services

We may add, remove, or change features at any time.

4. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
  • Promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or create risk to the Service.

5. Connected Third-Party Platforms

The Service may require you to connect third-party accounts (for example, social media channels) to enable publishing and synchronization.

You understand and agree that:

  • Third-party platforms may have their own terms, privacy policies, and technical limitations
  • Third-party platforms may change, restrict, or revoke access at any time
  • We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their actions or omissions

If a connected platform revokes access or otherwise restricts functionality, some Service features may not work as expected.

6. Connected AI Assistants and API Access

You can authorize a third-party AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to work with your RepeatPost account over our connector, and paid plans include access to our REST API. Our Privacy Policy describes what a connected assistant receives and how to disconnect it.

You understand and agree that:

  • Authorizing an assistant is your decision, and anything it then does within the permissions you approved counts as your own action, including posts it publishes and content it deletes
  • You are responsible for reviewing content an assistant drafts before it goes out, on the same terms as section 7.2
  • An assistant can never hold more access than your own role in the workspace allows, and channels that require approval still require it
  • You must keep your API credentials and connector authorizations confidential, and you are responsible for activity under them
  • We may suspend, revoke, or rate limit connector and API access to protect the Service, its users, or a connected platform, and we may change or withdraw this functionality
  • We do not control what an assistant's provider does with information it receives, and their terms and privacy policy govern that

You can revoke an assistant's access at any time, from that assistant's settings or by signing out of all devices in RepeatPost.

7. Content You Provide ("User Content")

You may submit, upload, or create content in connection with the Service, including text, captions, images, and other materials ("User Content").

You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to provide and use your User Content in connection with the Service, and that your User Content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

7.1 License to Use User Content

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable (to service providers and processors), and sublicensable license to:

  • Store and process your User Content to provide the Service
  • Reproduce and modify User Content to format it for display or publishing (for example, rendering and platform formatting)
  • Transmit User Content to third-party platforms to enable publishing you requested

This license continues for as long as needed to provide the Service and for any backups or dispute resolution purposes permitted by law.

7.2 AI-Generated Content

RepeatPost may offer AI-powered features (such as caption generation, hashtag suggestions, and content recommendations). Content generated by AI features is provided "as is" without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated content before publishing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any third party
  • Upload or distribute malicious code or otherwise attempt to harm the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that interferes with its operation or security
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the underlying source code or systems of the Service, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law
  • Use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated content that violates platform guidelines
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including suspending or terminating access.

9. Payment, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Some features may be offered via subscription plans.

If you purchase a subscription:

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees
  • Billing may be recurring (monthly or annually), depending on your plan
  • Taxes may apply depending on your location
  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated

Payment processing is handled by third parties (for example, payment processors or Merchant of Record providers). We do not store full payment card data unless explicitly stated by applicable processing terms.

9.1 Cancellation and Billing

Once payment has been made, we charge you on that day of each month for as long as you keep your subscription. You may request cancellation at any time; after cancellation, we will not charge your account for subsequent billing periods. Any refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Refund Policy.

9.2 Free Plan and Free Tools

RepeatPost may offer a free plan with limited features and free browser-based tools. Free plans and tools are provided without charge but may have usage limits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free offerings at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is owned by HQ INFOSYSTEM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Misuse the Service
  • Create risk to the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will end. If you have an active subscription, termination does not automatically reverse charges unless required by law or your specific plan terms.

You may export your data before termination by contacting us at support@repeatpost.com.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will HQ INFOSYSTEM or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Changes to or discontinuation of the Service
  • Third-party platform actions or failures
  • AI-generated content that you publish without adequate review

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HQ INFOSYSTEM and its affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of any rights of a third party
  • Your misuse of the Service

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where required.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

17. Privacy

Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you connect an AI assistant or use our API, the AI assistants and connectors section sets out what that assistant receives, how long its access lasts, and how to disconnect it.
