MCP Server

The social media MCP server for your AI assistant

A social media MCP server lets an AI assistant work inside your social accounts. RepeatPost is the AI social media management platform that runs one, so Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and 13 other MCP clients can write captions, generate images, schedule posts and publish to your channels when you ask. Sign in once, then ask in plain English. Every post lands on the calendar your team already uses.

Use RepeatPost MCP at your desk or on your phone

Post from the Claude or ChatGPT app

Connect RepeatPost once on the web and the connector follows your account onto your phone. Ask for tonight's Instagram post while you're still on the train.

See how assistant posts land

The RepeatPost app for iOS and Android pushes alerts for new comments, mentions and messages, including replies to posts your assistant scheduled.

Check your queue and credits

Ask "what's scheduled for next week?" or "how many AI credits do I have left?" and your assistant reads back the post list or your balance.

Connect RepeatPost to your AI assistant

The RepeatPost MCP server gives your AI assistant 27 tools for creating, scheduling and managing social posts. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot and it can write captions in your brand voice, generate an image or a short video, and save uploads to your media library. It can also pull up a post it scheduled last week, rewrite the caption or delete it. Running more than one brand? Ask it to switch workspaces first. You stay in the chat the whole time, and RepeatPost handles the publishing.

Turn a plain English prompt into a published post

You type one request and your assistant does the rest through RepeatPost. Try “Draft a LinkedIn post about productivity tips and schedule it for tomorrow at 9:00 AM.” It writes the copy, picks the LinkedIn account you connected and books the slot. Need it live right now? Say “publish it now” instead. Want it parked for later? Ask for a draft or add it to your queue. Scheduled posts sit on your calendar planner, next to posts your team made by hand.

1

Add RepeatPost to your AI tool

Paste the RepeatPost server URL into your assistant's connector settings and approve the sign in. There's no API key to copy and no code to write.

2

Ask for the post you want

Name the channel, the topic and the time. "Write three Instagram captions for our spring sale and schedule them for Monday, Wednesday and Friday at noon."

3

Check it on your calendar

Every post your assistant creates shows up in RepeatPost. Tweak the caption, swap the image or move the slot before it goes out.

Works with the AI tools you already use

RepeatPost MCP connects to 16 AI clients today. For everyday chat, there's Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot Studio. If you script campaigns or bulk edits, plug it into Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Cline, Roo Code, Zed, JetBrains AI Assistant, Claude Code, Gemini CLI or Goose. Teams that keep their AI on their own servers can run it through LibreChat, and Postman or MCP Inspector cover testing. Each client has its own short setup guide on the full integrations list and in the cards below.

Secure by design with the Model Context Protocol

Your AI assistant never gets your RepeatPost password. Each client connects through an OAuth sign in on RepeatPost's own consent page, the same kind of prompt you approve when an app asks to sign in with Google. After that, the assistant can only call RepeatPost's 27 tools, and only inside the workspaces your account can already reach. Clients like Claude also ask for your approval before a tool runs, unless you've told them to always allow it. Prefer a helper that lives inside RepeatPost? The built in AI social media agent runs on web, iOS and Android.

How teams picture using RepeatPost

“Honestly, the calendar is what sold me. I could see every channel in one view and spot the week we'd gone quiet. Before this I was juggling three spreadsheets and a Slack thread. Now I plan the month on a Monday morning and I'm done by half ten.”

Hannah Whitfield

Marketing Manager

United KingdomJun 14, 2026
“We run social for eleven clients and keeping them separate used to be a genuine anxiety of mine. Workspaces fixed that. Each client sits in their own space, approvals route to the right person, and I've stopped worrying that someone's going to push a dental practice promo to a restaurant account at 6am.”

Marcus Reed

Agency Owner

United StatesJun 29, 2026
“I batch a fortnight of content on a Sunday arvo and then I don't think about it again. Reckon it's saved me a solid day a week. Only gripe is the mobile app still feels a step behind the web version, so I do the actual planning on my laptop. Everything else is spot on.”

Chloe Baxter

Content Creator

AustraliaJul 11, 2026
“I'm handling social for four small brands and writing captions was eating my whole morning. The AI drafts are actually quite usable now. I still rewrite maybe every third one to sound like the client, but starting from something beats staring at a blank box. The hashtag tool alone I'm using daily.”

Ananya Raghavan

Freelance Social Media Manager

IndiaJul 30, 2026
“I sell fabrics and my customers find me on Instagram mostly. Posting used to be whenever I remembered, which was maybe twice a week. Now I sit down every Sunday evening, load up two weeks, and it goes out on its own. Sales have followed. I'd like to see WhatsApp added properly, that's my one ask.”

Chidinma Eze

Small Business Owner

NigeriaAug 18, 2026
“Our team is five people and we were losing posts in Slack threads. Someone would approve something, someone else would tweak it, and nobody knew which version went live. The approval flow sorted that in a week. Fair play, it's the least glamorous feature on the site and it's the one I'd miss most.”
